Returns & Exchanges

OUR POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely in love with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or store credit. Your item must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that any free gifts will also have to be surrendered with the item(s) returned. 

Please note that we only offer store credit. In order to receive store credit or an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition they were received in. All returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Shipping costs are not covered by Honey Twenty Two.

To begin a return please email us at support@honeytwentytwo.com, we will then give you an appropriate shipping address. 

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please do your best to handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition, this means it must be unworn, and undamaged. Please be very gentle with all items.

We always recommend returning your items via a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. After you send us your parcel, please hold onto your tracking number for reference. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. 

 

Contact us by emailing support@honeytwentytwo.com within 3 days after your item has been received if anything has arrived broken, missing or defective.  

 

When will I receive my exchange?

We aim to process all returns within 5-7 business days of delivery to us, at which time we will issue a store credit or exchange and will follow up with a return confirmation e-mail. Exchanges should be sent to our address:
