Returns & Exchanges

OUR POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely in love with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund. Your item must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please do your best to handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition, this means it must be unworn, and undamaged. Please be very gentle with all items.

Fill out our return merchandise form at the bottom of this page and include it along with your returned item to enable us to identify you and process your return as quickly as possible. If you are unable to print this form, a hand-written note with your information and return details will be enough!

We always recommend returning your items via a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

After you send us your parcel, please hold onto your tracking number for reference. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. 

Contact us by emailing support@honeytwentytwo.com within 3 days after your item has been received if anything has arrived broken, missing or defective.  

 

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

We aim to process all returns within 5-7 business days of delivery to us, at which time we will issue a full refund or exchange and will follow up with a return confirmation e-mail. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 24-48 hours after you receive an email confirmation.
